Every request to build a new home or make an improvement to an existing home must start with filling out the Architectural Request Form. Depending on the request the Improvement Location Permit must also be filled out. These forms are in this section and can be downloaded by clicking on the document. You then can print it off, fill it out, scan it or take a picture of it
and send it to one of the members of the DCC listed below. They will give you feedback on how to proceed with your project.
If you did not receive the annual letter by mail then we likely do not have your correct address. Please send an email to Jan Longsworth (Secretary) jllongsworth@yahoo.com with the address we should have on file. The subject line should read ‘CBCCHOA Address’
Dear Crystal Bay and Crystal Cove Home and/or Lot Owners,
The CBCCHOA Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hamilton Town Hall located at 900 S. Wayne St., Hamilton, IN 46742.
Three board members’ terms are up; Dick Lineberry, Eric King and Paula Felver. We will have an election to re-elect or replace all three board members, Eric and Paula are seeking re-election.
For anyone that would be interested in being a board member, please submit a short bio to Jan Longsworth (Secretary) by September 28, 2024 at jllongsworth@yahoo.com; the subject line should read ‘CBCCHOA BOD Bio’. We will post the list of nominees along with a proxy form before the annual meeting on the website. Only one vote per lot is valid.
The 2025 Dues and Assessments are $550.00 per lot, due date is December 31, 2024. A late fee of $50.00 will be added to any payment not received on or before March 31, 2025.

The Hamilton Planning Commission voted on December 19, 2022 to NOT vacate Lot #198 from the CBCC HOA.
The attached map shows the private roads in red. 270A includes a bridge. The HOA owns and is responsible for the maintenance just of these roads and bridge. The town owns and is responsible for maintaining all the other roads.

DownloadHello neighbors! I wanted to put this out for all who are interested in participating again this year. We'll be working with Aquatic Enhancement out of Angola. The price is $4.40/linear foot of frontage. This includes two applications during the season. First is mid-May and second is late July. If you are interested in participating please fill out the form below by 2/29/24.
