Before you Build or Make Improvements
Every request to build a new home or make an improvement to an existing home must start with filling out the Architectural Request Form. Depending on the request the Improvement Location Permit must also be filled out. These forms are in this section and can be downloaded by clicking on the document. You then can print it off, fill it out, scan it or take a picture of it
and send it to one of the members of the DCC listed below. They will give you feedback on how to proceed with your project.

CRYSTAL BAY/CRYSTAL COVE NEWS
Crystal Bay/Crystal Cove HOA Board has elected to work with a web-based HOA software called HOAworks to maintain the CBCC HOA business including:
Property Owners addresses & contact info, documents, communications, HOA financial information, and much more. This will enable the board to be timely and efficient with info to all in our community.
What this means for you the property owners? If we have your email address, you will receive an email from HOAworks instructing you on how to setup your
account. Once logged in, please follow the instructions to update or correct your
contact information and link to your property(ies). Once we have the system
completely setup, you will receive your annual dues invoice(s), notifications, be
able to make requests and much more.
NOTE: the email will come from HOAworks and could go to your spam or junk email. If you need additional help, please email cbcc.hoa.financials@gmail.com.

The Dues & Assessments for 2026 have remained the same as the last four years.
Please make your check payable to: CBCC, please include your Lot # and Lot Address in the memo line and mail your check before December 31, 2025 to:

For each lot that you own, the following amounts are due. These amounts are not optional.
$400.00 Dues
$ 150.00 Assessments (weed fee passed on to Hamilton Lake Association)
$550.00 TOTAL

Note: Late fees of $50.00 will be added per lot for delinquent payment, if payment is not received by March 31, 2025. If you no longer own your lot(s), please advise us with the current owner's name and contact information. E-mail Paula Felver Paula@Felver.net with this information using a subject line of

Notice of Public Hearing - Vacating Lot #198
The Hamilton Planning Commission voted on December 19, 2022 to NOT vacate Lot #198 from the CBCC HOA.
Private Streets
The attached map shows the private roads in red. 270A includes a bridge. The HOA owns and is responsible for the maintenance just of these roads and bridge. The town owns and is responsible for maintaining all the other roads.
